Matt came to fix a job Abacus did for us a couple days prior on a failed cartridge/ mixer in our bathtub. The prior job fixed that issue but we noticed the spout was leaking water from the base when running water. We called Abacus to get it addressed and they sent Matt, who diagnosed the issue immediately, fixed it, and made sure we could see it was now working properly.
