I booked the appointment online around 9:00 AM and selected the 4:00 PM–8:00 PM service window. Around 11:00 AM, they called to see if they could come earlier, but unfortunately, I was unavailable at that time. They still arrived within the scheduled time window as expected. Jonathan Espinoza arrived on time, wore shoe covers before entering the house, and conducted a thorough inspection. Matt came to fix a job Abacus did for us a couple days prior on a failed cartridge/ mixer in our bathtub. The prior job fixed that issue but we noticed the spout was leaking water from the base when running water. We called Abacus to get it addressed and they sent Matt, who diagnosed the issue immediately, fixed it, and made sure we could see it was now working properly. He also was clear that we’d be covered under warranty which we appreciated. Overall impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Matt and Abacus.
